    Richard Houng

    Richard is responsible for Computershare’s issuer services in Asia, with its over 1000 global clients listed in Hong Kong. With over 20 years of experience in service delivery excellence, Richard is focused in providing a full range of solutions and innovations to the ever evolving challenges faced by issuers today. Richard is the Vice-Chairman of the Federation of Share Registrars and actively involved in industry-shaping initiatives such as jointly leading the Uncertificated Securities Market workgroup with the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX). Prior to joining Computershare, Richard held leadership positions in Securities Services, Asset Management and Management Consulting industries, across multiple countries, including the United States and Hong Kong. Richard earned a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

    Seth Bohart

    With 15+ years’ experience in the employee share plans industry gained through working experience in the United States, Australia and Hong Kong /China, Seth possesses a deep understanding of global employee compensation trends and the local regulatory challenges involved in effectively administering share awards plans. Seth is responsible for establishing a business and growing a local employee equity plan management team in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai that now includes a client base of over 160+coporate clients.

    Jessamine Leung

    Jessamine joined Computershare in 2018 and is responsible for IPO services in Asia. Jessamine works closely with investment bankers and lawyers to formulate practical and effective solutions for execution of IPO projects and other capital market transactions. She also plays a critical role in working with other Computershare offices and our Global Capital Markets team to enable cross-border listings and transactions. Prior to joining Computershare, Jessamine gained extensive IPO execution experience from Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. Jessamine holds a Bachelor degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

    With over 25 years’ experience in professional services, Michelle is a Fellow Member FCG (CS, CGP) HKFCG (CS, CGP) (PE) of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute & The Chartered Governance Institute, as well as a Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors. Michelle will be part of the global Computershare Governance Services leadership team focusing on IPO governance advisory and managed service offerings. This includes company secretarial services for companies listed in Hong Kong and global governance solutions, such as global entity compliance outsourcing, US registered agent services and SaaS solutions, for global companies listed in Hong Kong with headquarters in a different region.

    Anthea Chan

    Anthea Chan was appointed Chief Financial Officer – Asia in July 2011 and has responsibility for all of Computershare’s Finance functions in Asia. Before taking this role, she was the Financial Controller in Hong Kong. Prior to this, Anthea held various management positons in multinational companies with experience in Hong Kong as well as overseas. Anthea is a qualified accountant with an Accounting Degree. She has earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from The Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA Program.
  • Jennifer Sun

    Jennifer Sun has over 17 years of experience in equity compensation across APAC. She relocated from Sydney to Beijing in 2009 to help establish the Computershare Plans business in Asia and moved to Hong Kong when she was appointed as Head of Computershare’s Plans business for Asia in 2023. Jennifer works alongside the regional executive and country heads to improve and grow the business and will soon oversee Asia’s SFC-regulated activities as a licensed representative/responsible officer. She leads her team by demonstrating and inspiring accountability, strong business acumen and a passion for business growth.
