With 20 years’ experience in the industry, Mark joined Computershare in 2019. Mark is responsible for our Issuer Services business in the UK, South Africa and Ireland, comprising share registration, governance services and a range of Issuer Services offerings. Prior to joining Computershare, Mark held senior positions at PwC and EY, as well as board director at Capita Asset Services.

Joe Molony
CEO Ireland
Joe is the Chief Executive Officer for Computershare Ireland and previously held the role of Client Service Director with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Joe is a market professional skilled in Share Registration, Business Relationship Management, Risk Management and Business Development. Joe joined Computershare Investor Services (Ireland) Limited in 1998 and was appointed to Chief Executive Officer in May of this year having held various senior positions across the registry business over the previous 26 years.
Joe previously sat on a number of Industry working groups such as the Irish Market Committee and the Irish Dematerialisation Committee to support the recent transition of Irish Corporate Securities into a dematerialised environment.
