Before you can trade your shares, they first have to be dematerialised into Strate, held in custody by our CSD Participant and your account needs to comply with the requirements of FICA.  

You may email your certified FICA verification documentation to ficaverifyelectronic@computershare.co.za 

Alternatively you may post the documentation to Private Bag X9000 Saxonwold 2132 South Africa, or, if you would like to deliver or courier the documentation our physical address is Rosebank Towers, 15 Biermann Avenue, Rosebank 2196.
