Meet the management team

As Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Trust Canada, Toni oversees the overall management, business strategy, and growth of Computershare’s Corporate Trust business in Canada. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Toni began her career in corporate trust with Montreal Trust Company, quickly advancing through progressively senior roles. Following Computershare’s acquisition of the Corporate Trust business in 2000, Toni became deeply involved in significant financial transactions, including large corporate defaults, major corporate reorganizations, and financings for leading corporations and governments. Prior to her current role, Toni served as Senior Vice President for Corporate Trust Canada and previously as General Manager for the Quebec and Eastern Canada regions. Toni holds a Master of Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal and an Executive MBA from Université Paris-Dauphine.

Mark is the Managing Director of Computershare Communication Services in Canada supporting many of the leading Financial, Insurance and Wealth companies across the country. Having worked on four continents in a variety of leadership roles across Operations, Sales, Marketing and Consulting, Mark brings a diverse global perspective to help his clients deliver the best solutions to meet their strategic goals.
