Aaron Bertinetti is the CEO of Investor Engagement at Computershare North America. Aaron has more than 17 years of experience in capital markets, investor relations and corporate governance. With deep expertise in the US market and a strong network across the investor landscape, Aaron will lead our North American teams in delivering strategic intelligence, software and advice for the directors and executives serving at our client companies.
Before joining us, Aaron was Managing Director, Investor Relations and Head of ESG at JPMorgan Chase, as a trusted advisor for the C-Suite and Board. He previously led global research and corporate advisory at proxy advisor Glass Lewis, where he helped launch software solutions, including Meetyl, and engaged with thousands of Boards of listed companies on business strategy, financial performance, corporate governance, investor communications, ESG, activism, proxy contests and M&A.

Ann Bowering

As CEO of Issuer Services North America, Ann Bowering is responsible for the leadership, growth and day to day management of the Issuer Services business.
Before joining Computershare in 2019, Ann was the Managing Director and CEO of NSX Limited. While there, Ann led the execution of an essential, and very significant restructure of the operations, people and culture, and strategy of the company.
Ann has over 20 years’ experience in financial markets. Her expertise in the development and operation of licenced and regulated financial markets stems from her time as a director and CFO of the derivatives exchange Financial & Energy Exchange Limited. She also held senior positions at Lucsan Capital and KPMG, where her roles covered the specialisations of Capital Markets Advisory, Risk Management, and Assurance.

Sheila Frierson, CEP

With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, coupled with her progressive involvement in the employee equity plans space, Sheila leads Computershare’s North American employee share plans business to help clients harness the team’s expertise and simplify the management of our client’s employee equity compensation programs. Sheila’s leadership in this space gives her a broad range of perspectives and insights when providing guidance and solutions to our front office teams and clients.
Sheila is an active speaker in the industry and serves on the Board of Directors for the Global Equity Organization as the Treasurer. In addition Sheila chairs the Board for Computershare’s North American Women4Women Network. Sheila earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and an MBA degree from Pepperdine University.

William Jackson

Bill leads our proxy services business and Computershare Fund Services. He has developed and led proxy service organizations since 1990. Under his leadership, Computershare Fund Services became the No. 1 proxy solicitation service provider to the mutual fund industry.
Bill has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, working in various management capacities at BFDS, Bank of Boston, Mellon, PFPC Mutual Fund Services and Alamo Direct.

Tim serves as the President of our Communication Services division in the US. He is responsible for leading the growth and ongoing development of the associated value proposition within the United States.
With a career spanning 35 years in the transactional communications industry, Tim brings executive-level expertise in transactional communications, eServices, billing and payments stemming from his time as President of RR Donnelley – Business Communication Services.
Throughout his career, Tim has held key leadership positions in Sales, Operations, Innovation, Transformation, and Marketing. He fosters collaboration to achieve remarkable results and drive innovation that benefits clients and their customers.

Mike Watchke is a tenured financial services executive with deep expertise and experience in the corporate trust space. Known for leading high-performing teams that deliver high-quality outcomes for clients, Mike has led organizations to accomplish business growth and expansion objectives while strengthening relationships and trust with clients and colleagues alike.
As Head of Computershare Corporate Trust US, Mike Watchke is responsible for the US corporate trust business line’s overall strategy and growth, business performance, service excellence and customer experience. Mike joined Computershare in November 2021 through the acquisition of Wells Fargo Corporate Trust Services (CTS) where he had spent more than 20 years in leadership positions. Of note was Mike’s leading role in Computershare’s largest acquisition to date; ensuring a smooth transition for clients and the legacy Wells Fargo CTS team comprising more than 2,000 staff members.
Prior to joining Computershare, Mike Watchke was Executive Vice President, Head of Structured Product Services at Wells Fargo where he led the business line successive growth and was responsible for the business P&L, staff development, product strategy and customer experience. In over two decades at Wells Fargo, Mike also lent his executive leadership to Client Services and Business Development organizations as well as the expansion of an international business line including management of complex international deal negotiations, relationship management, trust administration, compliance, process and service development.
