
Computershare Corporate Trust’s experienced team now offering RMBS trustee services across the US trustee market
NEW YORK, April 29, 2024 – New York Mortgage Trust, Inc., a NY-based real estate investment trust (REIT), has selected Computershare (ASX: CPU) as indenture trustee for its residential -mortgage-backed security (RMBS) transaction, NYMT 2024-BPL1.
The deal is the first example of Computershare’s new RMBS trustee services, which the global financial services company says are now available to clients across the US and which have been built on the broad experiences and in-depth knowledge of its Corporate Trust team.
Computershare will also provide New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. with document custodian, securities administrator and paying agent services for this and other RMBS transactions.
