Ann Bowering
CEO Issuer Services, North America
As CEO of Issuer Services North America, Ann Bowering is responsible for the leadership, growth and day to day management of the Issuer Services business.
Before joining Computershare in 2019, Ann was the Managing Director and CEO of NSX Limited. While there, Ann led the execution of an essential, and very significant restructure of the operations, people and culture, and strategy of the company.
Ann has over 20 years’ experience in financial markets. Her expertise in the development and operation of licenced and regulated financial markets stems from her time as a director and CFO of the derivatives exchange Financial & Energy Exchange Limited. She also held senior positions at Lucsan Capital and KPMG, where her roles covered the specialisations of Capital Markets Advisory, Risk Management, and Assurance.

David Adamson
EVP, Client Relationship, Issuer Services
Dave Adamson is a seasoned financial services leader with over 30 years of expertise in strategic relationship management. As Executive Vice President, he directs a national team responsible for strengthening client partnerships within the registry and depository receipts business.
Dave drives Computershare’s client service strategy, ensuring delivery of tailored solutions that extend beyond core transfer agency services. He collaborates with the global network to design innovative service models and partners with sales leadership to accelerate growth and expand market opportunities.
Since joining Computershare in 2004, Dave has played a pivotal role in shaping client engagement strategies. His prior experience includes managing complex Fortune 500 retirement plan relationships at The Northern Trust Company.
Dave currently serves as the President of the Society for Corporate Governance – Chicago Chapter.

Joseph DiLandro
EVP, Markets and Client Development, Issuer Services
Joe serves as Executive Vice President of Markets and Client Development for Computershare's Issuer Services division in North America, where he leads strategic initiatives that drive growth through new client acquisition.
With more than 20 years of experience in business development and corporate strategy, Joe specializes in helping public companies and IPO candidates enhance their transfer agent experience. Before rejoining Computershare, he spent nearly a decade at PwC, where he held senior leadership roles focused on delivering technology-enabled solutions and managed services to Fortune 1000 organizations.
Joe is an active member of NIRI and The Society of Corporate Governance. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from Quinnipiac University’s School of Business.

Peter Duggan
EVP, Client Relationship, Issuer Services
Peter has 34 years of experience in the financial services industry. He currently manages a strategic client relationship management team within the registry and depository receipts business across the US. Peter’s responsibilities include leading Computershare’s continuing efforts to provide excellent client service and working closely with the global Computershare network to develop customized service level plans beyond the core transfer services.
Peter previously worked as the head of product management for Deutsche Bank's Global Corporate Trust business, with staff in New York, London, Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Hong Kong. While with Deutsche Bank, Peter also managed its American Depositary Receipt business.
Peter is a member of NIRI, NASPP, STA and ASCS.

Mark Kopelman
EVP, Commercial Director, Issuer Services
Mark Kopelman is leading the front office growth initiatives for Computershare's North American Issuer Services business. In his prior role, he led Computershare's Private Markets business with a focus on providing essential equity, employee and governance services to private companies. Mark joined Computershare from Group Five, where he built on its heritage in providing clients insight via independent market research. Prior to joining Group Five, Mark led Broadridge's entry into the registry market where he held several senior positions.
Mark also spent 18 years at RR Donnelley where he held leadership positions in Marketing, Strategy, Sales, Solution Development, Strategic Pricing and Operations, most recently in its Donnelley Financial business. Mark earned his MBA from Columbia University.

Michael Lang
EVP, Client Relationship, Issuer Services
With 40 years of expertise in stock transfer, Mike leads the relationship management team across the registry business for those transfer agent clients served by Computershare’s Canton, MA; Cleveland, OH; Denver, CO; and Louisville, KY offices.
Mike Lang is responsible for driving Computershare’s commitment to exceptional client service, collaborating with all business lines to develop tailored service level plans that extend beyond core transfer services. Additionally, Mike Lang partners with the Computershare sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree from Cleveland State University in accounting and finance and is an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).

Cindy Nisley
President, Georgeson Securities Corporation and Georgeson Unclaimed Property Services
Cynthia Nisley is President for Georgeson Securities Corporation (GSC), a Computershare company, and the introducing broker dealer supporting Computershare's dividend reinvestment plan, direct stock purchase plan, and employee stock purchase plan trading as well as the Georgeson PostMerger CleanUp™ and Shareholder CleanUp asset reunification businesses. Cynthia also owns profit and loss responsibility for two Georgeson product lines: small shareholder programs and unclaimed asset programs. She also serves as a Director on the Board of Computershare Trust Company, N.A.
Previous responsibilities have included management of Computershare's Investment Services Team and Corporate Actions Team. She was also General Manager of Computershare Trust Company of New York before its merger into Computershare's national trust company. Prior to her tenure in New York, she served as Director of Relationship Management for Transfer Agent clients and as Senior Operations Manager in Computershare's Chicago office.
Prior to joining Computershare in July 2000, Cynthia worked as a systems consultant to the securities industry for nine years. Before that, she worked for Harris Trust and Savings Bank, supporting their securities lending system and for Arthur Andersen in their Management Information Consulting Division.
Ms. Nisley holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Management Systems Analysis from California State University Northridge.

Neda Sheridan
EVP, Corporate Actions
Neda Sheridan joined Computershare Trust Company of New York as the Assistant Vice President of Relationship Management in March of 2001. Neda was appointed Assistant General Manager of Computershare Trust Company of New York in 2004 and assisted in the conversion of transactions from New York to Canton, MA. Neda currently has P&L responsibility and oversees the US Corporate Actions Teams for Computershare reporting to the President of US Equity Services.
The Corporate Actions Team consists of Relationship/Account Management, Operations (processing unit), Funding, Reconciliation, Escheatment and Product and provides services for a wide range of voluntary and mandatory transactions. Neda is a current and active Board of Director on the SIFMA Corporate Actions Board and chairs the SIFMA CA – Issuer Engagement Committee. Neda is also and member of the STA and co-chairs the STA corporate actions committee.
Prior to Computershare, she worked as a Cash Manager for the Treasury department of Omnicom Group, Inc., a global advertising holding company where her responsibilities included tracking and monitoring cash positions of over 150 company subsidiaries. In addition to Cash Management at Omnicom, Neda analyzed debt-refinancing options, managed the treasury stock repurchase program, and maintained banking relationships. Prior to Omnicom, Mrs. Sheridan worked on the CMBS trading floor with the Principal Transactions Group of Credit Suisse First Boston in Manhattan where she researched innovative asset types for investment purposes and securitizations for clients ranging from financial institutions and government agencies, to public and private commercial real estate. Neda obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Management with specialization in Marketing and Computer Information Systems from The University of North Texas.
